"The Poo is UP!" -Lexi Dawn White

Yep, you heard us right! The "Poo" (or Pool as some people call it) is UP! Lexi got it for her birthday and Daddy got the ground level and we filled it up with cold water that we hope will warm up if the nice sunny weather ever returns! (It only took 3 hours to fill!) It is so cold here yesterday and today. It's in the 50's and we are supposed to get thunder showers and wind today! It's driving the girls crazy to see the "Poo" up and not be able to swim! I can remember last year at this time being SO HOT! And now it's SO COLD!!! (Truthfully, this is my kind of weather but it has been so nice to send the girls outside to play. They love it and the days are so much easier when they can get some fresh air!) I am sure it will be warming up to hot really soon!

Here are some pictures from yesterday!

Daddy filling up the "poo" (aka pool)

The backyard (so far) Brandon is working VERY hard for it to be done by July 4th when our family comes to visit for Brady's 1st Birthday!!!

Lexi and Reagan resting and watching cartoons

Lorelai watching cartoons

Makenna playing a game at disney.com

Brandon securing the slider so little girls can't get to the "POO" without a parent ;) We are pretty slick, huh!? (We even did the front door too! And just so we are all clear...none of them have gone out without us knowing but it makes us feel better with these in place now that we have a large body of water in our yard. We also have a locked gate to keep out the neighbors kids as well, unless of course they are invited!)

Here it is...The Poo! (We are wondering if the twins will even be able to play in it...it is 3ft tall and 12ft round. I think Lorelai's head will look like a bobber and Reagan is a bit shorter than her. I am curious to see if they will like it or not. We may have to put something in half of it on the bottom so they can be "above" the water....)

Reagan tired from all the excitement of the day!

Tell Lexi I can't wait to "come pay in the poo"... Way to go Brandon! The yard looks great!
